Commitment

By signing this form, you agree, accept and committee to:
a. Time Commitment:
Board meetings: A total of approx. 8 meetings annually, held on a week day, usually one-hour meetings; generally phone call meetings and a minimum of 1 face to face meeting;
Governance or Advisory Committee Work: Minimum of 1 hour a month
b. Committees: Directors are expected to participate on a minimum of one committee each year. Select and identify any committees in which you would like to participate:
